Meet Mazenod's 2027 College Leaders

Over recent months, our Year 11 students have been challenged to consider what effective leadership looks like and the impact leaders can have on those around them.

Leading the student body in 2027 will be Angus as College Captain, supported by Vice-Captains Samuel and Ben.

Together, they will represent their peers, support College events and initiatives, and help set the tone for the Class of 2027 as they enter their final year at Mazenod.

Our 2027 House Captains will play an important role in building House identity, encouraging participation and strengthening connection across year levels.

Portfolio Captains

Portfolio Captains provide leadership across key areas of College life, from faith and learning to the arts, sport, sustainability and student support.

Leadership Through Service

At Mazenod, leadership is grounded in service. It is shown through responsibility, humility, courage and the willingness to contribute to something larger than oneself.

Our 2027 leaders reflect the many different ways students can lead within the College community. Some will lead through public speaking and representation. Others will lead through House spirit, creativity, faith, academic example, teamwork or quiet encouragement of those around them.

We congratulate all students appointed to leadership positions for 2027, and we acknowledge every student who put themselves forward. Taking that step requires courage, and it reflects the spirit of Leave Nothing Undared.
