Best Boys School at VVSC 2025

Friday, 8 Aug 2025

The Volleyball Victoria Schools Cup (VVSC) remains one of the most anticipated events on Mazenod’s sporting calendar, bringing together schools from across the state for a celebration of skill, teamwork, and competitive spirit.

Over three action-packed weeks, students from Year 7 through to Open teams proudly represented Mazenod at the State Volleyball Centre, facing off against strong opposition with grit and composure. Months of preparation and training came to life on court, as each team showcased their technical ability, tactical awareness and, above all, unity as a team.

The tournament also offered something greater than just results. It brought our community together—students, families, and staff alike—united in support of our teams and the values that underpin our sporting culture: respect, resilience, humility and fair play.

We are incredibly proud to announce that Mazenod was recognised as the Best Boys School at this year’s event, a testament to the commitment of our players and coaches at all levels of the program.
