One club, one community.

The Mazenod Old Collegians Cricket Club was formed in 1974 by then Principal of the College, Fr Kevin Davine. He foresaw that the friendships of school days could be further developed in Old Collegians’ Associations - with the College’s main oval becoming the Club’s home ground – and thankfully his vision laid the foundation for our club today.

Decades later and the cricket club has grown from strength to strength. In its inaugural year, the Mazenod Old Collegians Cricket Club entered two senior teams and one junior team in the Oakleigh District Cricket Association (ODCA). Currently the club boasts 2 Veterans sides for over 40’s, 2 senior turf sides, 1 senior synthetic side, 3 junior synthetic sides and 2 junior turf sides. The club plays under the Eastern Cricket Association, Ferntree Gully District Cricket Association and Inner South East Cricket association. In addition the club also provides kids under 10 access to the Milo cricket program.

The club encourages all players to participate and have a go. From October to March you will see players of all ages practicing their skills and games are played Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
